I am a first-generation Vietnamese American born and raised in San Diego. I recently graduated from San Diego State University with dual degrees in Communication and Marketing. Having identified as a student for the last 20 years of my life, after graduating, I found myself struggling with the ideas of; where should I go next? What am I going to do with my life? How do I find success and continue to grow as a person? I knew I wanted to be a successful businesswoman who could live up to my full potential, but I had no idea how to achieve this goal. I was blessed with the chance to find a career with Vital Peak Marketing Group which developed my skill sets and allowed me to open my own office, Venom Promotional Management. Through my growth within this network, I have been able to learn skills that I can apply to work as well as life. I enjoy talking to people while getting to know their cultures and backgrounds. America is a melting pot full of diversity and chances to learn. VPM has provided me with the opportunity to interact with so many types of people on a daily basis. As I continue to grow with this company, I see a bright future that allows me to strive as a businesswoman while feeding my hunger on the road to success. The future of Venom Promotional Management lies within the ability to provide others with the same opportunity of growth and partnership in business that I have received.

I was born in San Diego but moved to Baja California Sur, Mexico when I was a few weeks old. After 12 years in a small town in Mexico, I returned to San Diego to continue my education up until May 2018, when I graduated with a BA in International Business from the University of San Diego. Living in a border city and traveling to different countries allowed me to be a part of and learn from several communities, teaching me to appreciate everything that comes with all cultures and values. During these experiences, I discovered that I had a passion for a couple of things: working with people from different backgrounds, business development, and making an impact though my work. At Venom Promotional Management, I found exactly this. The professional and personal skills that I have developed thanks to VPM have proved to be exactly what I was looking for as a college graduate. I know I am making an impact in our clients and growth, and I get the privilege to work alongside a diverse and talented team that encourages me to reach my potential.

Being a true San Diego native, I could never leave the perfect atmosphere of this area and with that, I made the choice to attend school in my home town and pursue my passion for performing arts. I received a Communication Studies AA-T in 2017 and I finished my journey by graduating from California State University San Marcos in 2019, with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication. For the past 6 years, I participated in an independent performing arts group with WGI, competing at an international level and following my passion. In addition to school and performing, I have also been a high school coach which really sparked my love for teaching others and being that inspirational/impactful person on those different people. I continue to coach today and enjoy every minute of it.
Moving forward into the future though, I wanted to find an opportunity that utilized the different skill sets that I have learned, as well as foster an environment for me to continue to learn more, paired with the effective application of everything. I wanted a career that would make me happy and help me flourish professionally. Finding and growing with Venom Promotional Management has been that positive avenue of learning for me to develop myself into a more wholesome and driven individual. I knew from the first day that this would be something great for me, and I find new aspects of this company and myself that I love more and more every day. The supportive foundation at Venom and the various opportunities that it provides keeps me excited, motivated, and determined to grow personally.
- Danielle Morris
My name is Danielle. I was born and raised in San Diego County and I keep coming back because of the weather and culture. I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a Bachelor’s in the History of Art & Visual Culture and also spent time living and working abroad in London, UK and Wellington, New Zealand. Learning from the cultures and work ethics of people around the world, I gained experience working for small businesses where advancement was difficult. Working at Venom Promotional Management gave me the opportunity to learn and grow simultaneously. It’s inspiring to be part of a team that works to help each other meet their goals and be a better version of themselves. I’m grateful for the opportunities to gain hands-on experience in management and team building.

Originally from Madrid, Spain, I moved to Tijuana, Mexico at the age of four before settling down in San Diego just a year later. I grew up here enjoying the sun and waves until the age of 18 when I moved up to Oregon to attend Willamette University, where I graduated with a degree in Psychology. I was never really certain of what I wanted to do once I graduated, but family and the need for warmth brought me down south once more. After a few short months, I was lucky to be offered a position at Venom Promotional Management. I’ve always strived within a loose structure — something solid enough to give you goals to work towards, but fluid enough to let YOU be in charge of YOU — VPM has offered me this and so much more. Not only do I get to interact with people from all walks of life, letting me expand on my original interest that is the vast spectrum of human personality and interaction, I whole heartily believe the team at this office is exceptionally rare. Each and every member is unique, yet equally encouraging and encouraged! We celebrate our differences and acknowledge how our individual strengths can help us grow as a whole. More than anything, VPM provides an environment focused on cultivating motivated professionals that can lead others to success as well; while marketing may be the job description, human development is the true foundation of this office and what inspires me to keep growing day by day.
- Javier Lopez
Hello Hello! My name is Javier Lopez but feel free to call me Javi. I am first-generation American born and raised in Oxnard, CA. Even though I was born and raised in the states I very closely carry my Mexican heritage with me anywhere and everywhere I go. I am a recent graduate from San Diego State University with a major in International Business. The reason for choosing the degree aforementioned was due to the lack of knowing what educational career path I wanted to take and because of my curiosity and appreciation of different cultures and perspectives. I have been a business partner at Venom Promotional Management since February 2019 and have confirmed that Marketing is the field I am dedicating my professional career to.
Personally, I cannot see myself working behind a desk, and not only that but I love the opportunity that lies within the company. I enjoy the atmosphere of being able to learn every single day and surrounding myself with incredibly smart professionals which I can utilize for personal and professional growth. Even though I have had many slumps, and I mean some gnarly slumps here, I am grateful that I do not have to go through that alone and it is easy to get out of it with a simple interaction. In sum, extremely grateful to have had this company and what it has to offer along the way and can’t wait to see where I will be a year from now. Mahalo for reading!!!

I am from Malibu, California. Growing up surfing and constantly being at the beach, I decided to attend the University of San Diego, where I graduated with Bachelor Degrees in both Marketing and Finance. Loving everything about the city of San Diego, I wanted to stay and search for a job here after graduating.
After applying to a bunch of jobs that either focused just on Finance or just on Marketing, I stumbled upon Venom Promotional Management. What I love about VPM is that it offers the opportunity for you to gain knowledge and skills in all aspects of a business, not just one. It has allowed me to not only grow my Marketing and Finance skills at an accelerated rate but also my management people development skills.
